1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the relationship between Reverie Digital Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the User (an individual or legal entity) in connection with the use of the "Planner" SaaS project management platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
The Service provides online tools for task planning, deadline tracking, and team coordination.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Provider's Obligations:
- Ensure the Service operates in accordance with its description.
- Protect the User's confidential data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Timely inform the User of significant changes to the terms or functionality.
User's Obligations:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes, without infringing on the rights of third parties.
- Not attempt to bypass the Service's technical limitations.
- Not share their login credentials with third parties.
3. Payment and Refund Terms
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period.
A refund is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the first payment, if the services were not rendered due to the Provider's fault. To request a refund, please contact support.
The Provider reserves the right to change pricing, notifying active Users at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before the changes take effect.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation or complete conformity to the User's expectations.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The Provider's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service during the 6 (six) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Termination of Use
The User may stop using the Service at any time by canceling the subscription in their personal account.
The Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service unilaterally in case of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement.
After the subscription expires, access to the User's data in the Service will be restricted. The Provider retains the right to delete this data after 90 (ninety) days.
6. Changes to Terms and Contacts
The Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current version is always published on the website.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published signifies the User's acceptance of the new version.
